Threadbear is a dimwitted anthropomorphic teddy bear and secondary antagonist who serves as Nitekap's second-in-command.
Both Threadbear and the hoodwinks were responsible for imprisoning all 40 winks in nightmares to ensure that the human populace couldn't sleep properly.
Threadbear acts as the final boss of each dream realm. Presumably he is sent by Nitekap as a last means to recapture the winks that were rescued from the nightmares in each dream realm.
